The NBA regular season is finally underway!!! It has been a tremendous opening week of action and there are certainly no shortage of storylines to discuss. Following a yearlong absence while recovering from a torn ACL, Derrick Rose made his long-awaited return to the hardwood as the Bulls hope to return to championship contention this season. The H-and-H connection is off to a good start in H-Town as Dwight Howard and James Harden led the Rockets to a convincing opening night victory over the Charlotte Bobcats. And how about Philadelphia 76ers rookie guard Michael Carter-Williams?! The Syracuse product nearly had a quadruple-double as he registered 22 points, 12 assists, nine steals, and seven rebounds in a 114-110 victory over the defending NBA champion Miami Heat. Cause for concern in L.A.? Following a disappointing opening night performance agains the Los Angeles Lakers, could a lack of depth once again be the achilles heel for the Clippers in 2013-14?
